Tuna Puffs Recipe

1 medium, mashed potato
1 can tuna, drained
2 eggs
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil


Step 1: Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Step 2: Lightly grease the non-stick cooking plates with olive oil and divide the mix between both plates.
Step 3: Cook for 7-8 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Serve warm with a sprinkling of chopped chives.
