Ingredients
- 1 medium potato, mashed
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 2 eggs
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Lightly grease the non-stick cooking plates with olive oil and divide the mix between both plates.
- Cook for 7-8 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Serve warm with a sprinkling of chopped chives.
