 INGREDIENTS
1 medium potato, mashed
1 can of tuna, drained
2 eggs
A drizzle of olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
METHOD
Step 1
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Step 2
Lightly grease the non-stick cooking plates with olive oil and divide the mix between both plates.
Step 3
Cook for 7-8 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Serve warm with a sprinkling of chopped chives.
