Pesto and Mozzarella Toastie:

Ingredients:

4 tbsp butter

4 slices of bread

1 large tomato

1 ball mozzarella

Vegetarian Pesto

Method:

Step one: butter the outsides of the bread and spread pesto on the inside

Step two: slice the tomato and add on top

Step three: slice mozzarella and add on top

Place the sandwich into the toastie maker and cook until browned
