Brie and Bacon Mac ‘n’ Cheese:

Prepare easily in our EK2842 Chalkboard Slow Cooker brie-and-bacon-mac-n-cheese-slow-cooker-.png


300ml semi-skimmed milk
300ml double cream
50g butter
100g brie, no rind
½ tsp salt
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp Dijon mustard
350g macaroni
100g cheddar
25g parmesan
150g brie
Crispy bacon
6 heaped tbsp. cranberry sauce


Step 1: Place the milk, cream, butter, salt, garlic, mustard and macaroni into a slow cooker
Step 2: Cook on low for 1 hour and then stir
Step 3: Cook on low again for 45 minutes
Step 4: Add in cheddar and parmesan and stir
Step 5: Cook on low for 30 minutes. During this time, chop your bacon up into small pieces.
Step 6: Add brie, cranberry sauce and bacon
Step 7: Cook on high for 15 minutes
