Crispy Baked Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

4 small potatoes, washed and sliced in half lengthwise
Olive Oil

For the garlic spread

2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter or margarine, softened
Handful of fresh parsley, chopped

Method

Step 1: Mix all ingredients of the garlic spread together
Step 2: Lightly brush the potato halves with olive oil
Step 3: Top each slice with garlic spread and lay one half, skin side down, into each cooking plate
Step 4: Lay the second half, skin side up, over the top b offset, so that the Omelette Maker closes
Step 5: Cook for 35-38 minutes
