Crispy Baked Potatoes Recipe
Easy to make in our EK2716 Omelette Maker!
Ingredients
4 small potatoes, washed and sliced in half lengthwise
Olive Oil
For the garlic spread
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter or margarine, softened
Handful of fresh parsley, chopped
Method
Step 1: Mix all ingredients of the garlic spread together.
Step 2: Lightly brush the potato halves with olive oil.
Step 3: Top each slice with garlic spread and lay one half, skin side down, into each cooking plate.
Step 4: Lay the second half, skin side up, over the top b offset, so that the Omelette Maker closes.
Step 5: Cook for 35-38 minutes.
