Full Steam Ahead Smoothie Recipe

Easy and healthy smoothie, simple to make in our Salter Nutripro blender.


2 handfuls kale
1 handful blueberries
1 cored apple
1 tbsp flax seeds
½ avocado
¼ cup gluten-free rolled oats
Water or dairy alternative (almond, soy or coconut milk)


Step 1: Chop larger ingredients, including the kale leaves, to help blend.
Step 2: Add everything into the Nutripro and top to the max fill mark with water or dairy alternative (almond, soy or coconut milk).
Step 3: Blend until smooth.
