INGREDIENTS

2 eggs

3 mushrooms, finely sliced

1 slice ham, roughly chopped

splash of semi-skimmed milk

salt and pepper to taste

spray oil

METHOD

Step 1

Preheat the omelette maker.

Step 2

Once the indicator light has switched off, lightly spray the non-stick cooking plates with oil.

Step 3

Add the sliced mushrooms, cook for approximately 3-4 minutes, until softened, and add the ham for one minute.

Step 4

In a bowl, beat the two eggs and a splash of semi-skimmed milk.

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper.

Step 6

Pour the omelette mixture over the mushrooms and ham, splitting it evenly between the two non-stick cooking plates.

Step 7

Close the lid and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes, until fluffy.
