  • 2 eggs
  • 3 mushrooms, finely sliced
  • 1 slice ham, roughly chopped
  • splash of semi-skimmed milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • spray oil

Method

  1. Preheat the omelette maker.
  2. Once the indicator light has switched off, lightly spray the non-stick cooking plates with oil.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms, cook for approximately 3-4 minutes, until softened, and add the ham for one minute.
  4. In a bowl, beat the two eggs and a splash of semi-skimmed milk.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the omelette mixture over the mushrooms and ham, splitting it evenly between the two non-stick cooking plates.
  7. Close the lid and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes, until fluffy.
