Vegan Banana Bread Recipe
Made perfectly in one of our loaf tins or cake pans.
3 large bananas, the riper the better
75ml vegetable oil
100g brown sugar
225g plain flour
3 tsp baking powder
3 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg
1 banana to top
Step one: heat the oven to 200°C.
Step two: mash 3 peeled bananas with a fork and add vegetable oil and sugar.
Step three: add plain flower, baking powder, cinnamon and combine well.
Step four: place in your baking tin.
Step five: slice your banana down the middle and place on top of the mix.
Step six: cook for 20 minutes.
Step seven: cover with tin foil and cook for another 20 minutes.
Step eight: allow to cool and enjoy!
