Vegan Banana Bread Recipe
Made perfectly in our Metallic, Champagne Loaf Pan
Ingredients
3 large bananas, the riper the better
75ml vegetable oil
100g brown sugar
225g plain flour
3 tsp baking powder
3 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg
1 banana to top
Method
Step one: heat the oven to 200C
Step two: mash 3 peeled bananas with a fork and add vegetable oil and sugar
Step three: add plain flower, baking powder, cinnamon and combine well
Step four: place in your baking tin
Step five: slice your banana down the middle and place on top of the mix
Step six: cook for 20 minutes
Step seven: cover with tin foil and cook for another 20 minutes
Step eight: allow to cool and enjoy!
