Seafood Stuffed Salmon Recipe

2 skinless salmon fillets
100g cooked ships
50g shredded crabmeat
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tbsp grated lemon zest
1 tbsp dried dill
Olive oil


Step 1: Slice the salmon fillets vertically without cutting all the way through, to form a pocket for the stuffing
Step 2: Combine the cooked shrimp and crab meat
Step 3: Carefully stuff each piece of salmon with the mix
Step 4: mix the lemon zest, chopped garlic, dried dill together in a bowl, and top the fillets
Step 5: Lightly grease the non-stick plates with olive oil and carefully place the stuffed fillets into each cooking plate
Step 6: Cook for 8 minutes
