Seafood Stuffed Salmon Recipe
Easy to make in our EK2716 Omelette Maker!
2 skinless salmon fillets
100g cooked shrimps
50g shredded crabmeat
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp grated lemon zest
1 tbsp dried dill
Step 1: Slice the salmon fillets vertically without cutting all the way through, to form a pocket for the stuffing.
Step 2: Combine the cooked shrimp and crab meat.
Step 3: Carefully stuff each piece of salmon with the mix.
Step 4: Mix the lemon zest, chopped garlic, dried dill together in a bowl, and top the fillets.
Step 5: Lightly grease the non-stick plates with olive oil and carefully place the stuffed fillets into each cooking plate.
Step 6: Cook for 8 minutes.
