Grilled Chicken with Mozzarella Cheese
Delicious cooked with one of our non stick health grills and panini makers.
Step 1: Preheat the health grill.
Step 2: Slit each of the chicken breast horizontally to make a pocket and then fill it with the sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
Step 3: Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic powder.
Step 4: Place the chicken breasts onto the lightly oiled griddle plate.
Step 5: Cook for approx. 9 minutes per side, or until the juices run clear and the chicken is no longer pink.
Step 6: Remove from the health grill, arrange on serving plate and garnish with basil.
